Which damage type does what to which defense? ...Lemme rephrase that : I know that EM damage takes down shields but isnĘt very effective against armor or structure... but what do the other three damage types effect?

So if there's a bounty on someone who is scamming people and ripping them off but isn't actually killing anyone... (i.e. no -5 sec rating, but they're just as bad as someone with a -5 sec rating) that person still can't be attacked within empire s...

Lol, Um... Beseb, what WAS the color of that threat box? If it was Yellow, then that just means the person has a low security rating and your computer was alerting you to that fact, not that they locked onto you. Orange would mean they locked onto...
